Using PawHostly
PawHostly is a marketplace that helps pet parents discover spaces, stays, sitters and services, and lets hosts and sitters offer them. To use PawHostly you must be able to enter into a binding agreement and keep your account information accurate. You can browse, save and send booking requests; no payment is taken until terms are confirmed between you and the host or sitter.
Hosts and sitters
Hosts and sitters are independent providers, not PawHostly employees. Each host or sitter sets their own availability, services, house rules and cancellation policy. PawHostly verifies identity and applies safety standards but does not guarantee specific outcomes for any individual booking.
Acceptable use
You agree not to scrape PawHostly, spam other users, post misleading listings or reviews, or attempt to bypass our safety, identity or payment processes when those go live. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe put pets, people or the community at risk.
Liability
PawHostly is provided as-is. We make no commercial guarantees about the availability of any specific listing, sitter or service. Where the law allows, our total liability is limited and you remain responsible for the care arrangement you make with your host or sitter.
Changes to these terms
These terms are a launch-preview draft and will be finalized before paid bookings begin. We will give clear notice on the website and to your registered email if material changes are made.
Our plain-language commitment
We will not introduce surprise fees, hidden subscriptions or paid bookings without clear, advance notice.
