A clear 3% provider fee
The standard provider fee is deducted from the care price on paid bookings. Pet parents have a separate service fee. Creating a profile is free.

What experience do I need?
Offer only care you are equipped to provide. Describe your experience honestly, include relevant qualifications and explain any limits, such as pet size or medication support.
Will my profile go live straight away?
Your submitted profile is reviewed before it appears in search. Add clear photos and complete care details so we can assess it.
Do I have to accept every request?
No. Review the pet, dates and care requirements before deciding. A request lets you clarify the arrangement with the pet parent.
How much could I earn?
That depends on your price, local demand and the requests you accept. We do not guarantee bookings or income. A complete, accurate profile is the place to start.
